Lift India is a key meeting about innovation and digital technologies running over a week. Lift India will feature a one-day conference with inspiring speeches and truly interactive workshops, a Swiss Innovation Night cocktail with state-of-the-art projects from Switzerland, an exhibition of interactive media projects and a discovery tour of the key innovative hubs in the areas of Bangalore and Mumbai.
Lift India One-Day Conference - Bangalore - October 31, 2015
Held at the National Gallery of Modern Art on October 31, Lift India will bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, artists and pioneers from India and abroad to exchange on digital technologies. Lift India is a one day, invitation-only conference that will features inspiring talks, interactive masterclasses and workshops, as well as an exhibition. Breaks and social events will allow participants to connect and share their knowledge with one another in an relaxed setting.
Lift India is the perfect place to discuss global technology and innovation trends and understand the country's leading role in these fields. We aim at identifying the most inspiring and disruptive pioneers and thought-leaders in India as well as to understand business models that could change the world. Swiss Innovation Night - Bangalore - October 30, 2015
To celebrate the Year of Swiss Innovation in India, business communities and entrepreneurs from India & Switzerland will gather to discover the best technologies coming out of Swiss labs. The event will bring together creators and projects from various fields, leveraging the diversity and richness of the country's expertise. Visitors will be able to try out these technologies and interact directly with their creators. On the next day, panels on Swiss & Indian innovation and the potential links that can be made between the two countries will be held as part of the conference, featuring the best Swiss and Indian projects.

Lift Interactive Design Exhibition - Data Canvas: Sense Your City, October 27-31, 2015
To empower citizens to sense and make sense of their environment, Lift, swissnex San Francisco and Gray Area created a DIY sensor network to measure pollution, dust, light, sound, temperature, and humidity. We created an interactive map, opened the data, and asked our communities to use them to narrate the stories of the 7 selected cities.
With the help of an international Jury, we reviewed 34 amazing submissions by 62 creators from around the world, and chose six finalists from five countries. The winners of the challenge will be exhibited during Lift India in an interactive format.
