In a near future, Syns is depicted as most optimal food system imaginable, giving each individual a tailor-made diet by using one’s personal and health data. Building on a fictitious documentary, the workshop will ask participants to create speculative scenarios on how the whole society would be impacted by a personalized and healthier food system, and so highlight the critical limits of this system. This workshop is addressed to anyone with interest in health innovation, food governance and synthetic biology.
