Stéphanie is a Partner at BCCC Attorneys-at-Law LLC, heading the Employment Law practice group of the firm. Acting for national and international companies, she has an extensive experience of employment law (employment agreements, bonus schemes, termination agreements, data protection, secondment, drug screening, hiring of services, business transfer and mass dismissal).
Stéphanie was admitted to the Geneva bar in 1997 after earning a Bachelor's Law degree from Geneva University and a Bachelor of Science from HES-SO Geneva. She is a Certified FSA expert in Labour Law since 2011 and practiced in prominent Swiss business law firms and organizations in Geneva prior to joining the firm. She is a regular speaker at the Haute Ecole de Santé of Geneva (since 2010) in employment law, duty of confidentiality and patients' rights.
