Shuo Yang is one of the youngest principal engineers at DJI, the global market leader in easy-to-fly drones and aerial photography systems. He obtained his bachelor degree in computer engineering and master degree in electronic and computer engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). As an engineer, he led HKUST robotics team to win several international robot competition awards. As a researcher, he has published papers in world-class robotics conference. In DJI, Shuo Yang designed the newly released DJI onboard SDK to promote DJI drones among robotics researchers and UAV application developers, enabling DJI drones to support a wide range of industrial applications.
