Lei is one of the most connected people in China's dynamic, interactive, digital and visual arts scenes. He exemplifies cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary storytelling and arts practice.
Lei initiated and curated AV@AR, digital art exhibition series, as well as Smart City and information design exhibition series. He also co-curated the Swiss Game Design exhibition and Sino-UK Creative Economy Forum.
In the past years, he assumed the roles of: deputy director of CMoDA Beijing (2011 - 2013), exhibition director of Beijing Design Week 2013, jury member of the digital community category at Prix Ars Electronica 2013, mentor of X Media Lab Australia 2012.
He is also the founder of the NOTCH Festival (2006 - 2011).
