Maximilian Stern is political scientist and managing director of foraus, the think-tank on Swiss foreign policy he co-founded in 2009. He was associate of the think-tank Stiftung Neue Verantwortung in Berlin and part of its working group on collaborative democracy that developed a political strategy for the German nuclear phase-out. At Lift13, Maximilian will speak about new collaborative tools for democracy and how they strengthen the acceptability of large infrastructure projects and speed up their implementation processes at the same time.
