Workshop description: Pioneering service design, Fjord redesigns people’s relationships with the world around them. In this workshop, we will invite you to look beyond the human computer interaction via screens and step into the world where we become interfaces. We offer participants to push the limits and explore the possibilities of service design in public sector taking into account emerging and existing trends in technology and digital world.

You will learn professional insights on what to expect in the digital landscape in the future and how you can affect it. We will also learn from each other through the design process and by sharing the outcomes.
