Roger Kirby was born in Hollywood, California in 1961 but still failed to make a big splash in the film industry. He has concentrated since on applying computers to solving problems in business and research. After working as a software developer, consultant and technical writer in government and industry, he joined Swisscom Innovations where he created a collaborative innovation program for Swisscom’s corporate customers. Roger believes that gamification will become an important enabler for innovation across disciplines and organizations.
