Léa is a "thinkepreneur" who aims at developing innovative solutions to the talent gap through business and technology.

She is passionate by people empowerment and the strategic management of human potential in the 21st century. She has been working in the educational sector for the past 6 years both at the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations and at the ESSEC Business School in Paris. She also launched the School of Philanthropy, an innovative service learning program for children in France and created the Mirror Network a world tour on the future of work and learning.

She will join the MIT Sloan MBA program next fall and will work on a startup helping parents better manage their children's education and companies better manage their workforce.
