Coming from the wood industry Gerhard joined the Web Development business as independent entrepreneur in 2001. Together with the other co-founders and a great team, the Liip company became a grown up entity with a great image in the Swiss Web industry. His conviction was and keeps to be, that all business is here for us and not the other way around. That is also why he strongly beliefs that sustainable business success is only possible by having autonomy and purpose and by pursuing mastery.
