A German native, Franziska Krüger so far has lived and worked in various countries on 4 continents. Building on design principles, she helps companies and organizations on challenges ranging from innovation and business development to organizational development and branding.
Convinced that innovation needs to be human centered and more entrepreneurial, she currently works with the Service Innovation Team at Volkswagen Group where she develops an internal program on Human Centered Innovation and Creative Leadership.
