Dongli currently serves as Chief of Staff at Transist Impact Labs, an incubator and investor in impact-driven tech startups in China. She currently manages the Shell Foundation – Transist China Energy Incubator, the Foundation’s first initiative in China that aims to identify, grow and fund high potential entrepreneurs in the energy sector.
Prior to that, she was a policy and technology consultant at ICF International, conducting cross-economy research, developing strategies and implementing programs for clients such as APEC, USAID and WWF in the areas of green building, renewable energy, and corporate sustainability.
Dongli has curated a series of events that promotes entrepreneurship culture and social innovation in Beijing and Shanghai. Passionate about art education, she also created Artdore, a mobile app and museum technology solution for people to explore and learn about contemporary art in China. Dongli graduated magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College in the United States with a major in Urban Studies.
